
OUR FISH
Transparency is at the core of why I started this. In today’s world, most people have no idea where their food comes from or who was responsible for getting it to their table. I believe that should change. Grocery store fish is often farm-raised and sourced through long supply chains, and the oldest fish is sold first to move inventory. Wild salmon, especially sourced directly, has a firmer texture, richer flavor, and a cleaner nutritional profile due to its natural diet and ocean conditions. Every fillet is sourced from Bristol Bay, Alaska, where the fish are processed into 6 OZ portions, deboned, and flash frozen at the peak of freshness.
As salmon runs decline in many parts of the world due to overfishing and environmental pressures, Bristol Bay stands out as a remarkable exception. Over the past 20 years, salmon runs there have actually increased, thanks to strict sustainability practices, careful management, and the lack of human interaction with nature in that region. That means when you buy from us, you’re not only getting the highest-quality fish, but you’re also supporting a fishery that is thriving the right way.
