How does the process for ordering fish work?
All orders will be placed through the “order fish” tab located at the top of the page. Our fish are professionally processed, de-boned, and cut into 6 oz portions, then flash frozen within 24 hours of harvest to preserve peak freshness. From there, our fish are shipped South to Seattle. All orders must be submitted in 10 pound increments, with a 20 pound minimum per order. All orders will be delivered in late September/early October. Communication regarding exact dates will take place via email. Price for 2026 year will be $18 per pound. All orders must be placed by June 15th.
